A problem which is not difficult to solve, but shows a witty idea.
The solution will appear here on Friday 6th March 2026.
1.Se1 threatens 2.Sg2 mate. After 1...Bf1 2.Sxg7 (threat 3.Sh5) Rh6 both black pieces are tied to two squares, and 3.Kb4 places Black in zugzwang. After 1...Rd2 2.Sxg7 Bf7 the rook and bishop have swapped guarding roles, and this time 3.Ka6 establishes the zugzwang. There is a short mate 1...Bd5 2.Sd3.
I have added the g7 pawn to eliminate a dual in the original setting - 1...Bf1 2.Sg7 or 2.Sxc7.
