Solving in our Magazines
A number of the originals columns in The Problemist and The Problemist Supplement have solving ladders. The relevant genres are directmates, selfmates, helpmates, fairies, retros and synthetics. Solvers are encouraged to send in their solutions and their comments on the problems. The best comments will be published along with the solutions to the problems in a later issue. There are no prizes, only the cachet of being top of the ladder.
